SMS Terms & Messaging Policy

Last updated: May 17, 2026

These SMS Terms & Messaging Policy describe how ServiceVoice AI and businesses using ServiceVoice AI-enabled communication workflows may use text messaging for service-related communication.

Short version: if you contact a business using a ServiceVoice AI workflow, that business may send a follow-up text related to your request, appointment, missed call, or incomplete intake. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

1. Program Purpose

ServiceVoice AI supports business communication workflows for service businesses such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, pool service, and similar field-service operators. Text messages sent through these workflows are intended to help complete or support a customer-initiated service interaction.

Examples may include:

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By contacting a business that uses ServiceVoice AI messaging workflows, initiating a service inquiry, requesting a callback, starting a demo interaction, or otherwise providing your phone number in connection with a service-related request, you agree that the business may send you text messages related to that request or interaction.

These messages are intended for customer care, service follow-up, scheduling coordination, and completion of already-started service interactions, not unsolicited mass marketing.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. Some users may receive only one follow-up message. Others may receive a short conversational sequence needed to complete intake, confirm details, or coordinate the requested service.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you should no longer receive non-essential follow-up text messages through that workflow unless you later re-initiate contact and provide fresh consent where permitted.

6. Help

If you need help regarding a text interaction, reply HELP where supported or contact the business directly using the contact information provided during your interaction. You may also contact ServiceVoice AI at ServiceVoiceAI@gmail.com for policy questions.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Supported Use Cases Only

ServiceVoice AI messaging workflows are intended for legitimate customer-care, service follow-up, scheduling, and intake-completion use cases. Businesses using ServiceVoice AI are responsible for operating their messaging in compliance with applicable law, carrier rules, and platform requirements.

9. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. ServiceVoice AI and businesses using its workflows may process phone numbers, message content, service details, and related interaction data as necessary to complete the requested communication and improve service operations.
